Ads & Spiders
Here is a neat site that automatically generates ads based on combinations of corperate slogans and pictures from Flickr. In the creators own words "By remixing corporate slogans, I intend to show how the language of advertising is both deeply meaningful, in that it represents real cultural values and desires, and yet utterly meaningless in that these ideas have no relationship to the products being sold." Several of them are very good, makes you wonder what companies are paying ad agencies for.
Here is a great video about spiders. This is the kind of stuff that should be on the animal channel.
